That's the answer.

Jon Page's images are all jpgs sent as attachments complete with the 
.jpg suffix.  Why don't you get messages individually and filter them 
to a special pianotech mailbox? Then you would have a proper digest 
that would enable you to reply to messages in the correct thread and 
not need always to change the subject to something of your choice 
which messes up other people's threading.
