[pianotech] moving a large grand

Hi all,

I need to move a large grand next week.  I have the necessary equipment (skid board, dollies, ratchet straps, packing quilts), but the problem is the piano is in a store room, sitting on its side on a bare concrete floor, with the bottom side up against a wall.  Apparently a moving crew left it like that, not knowing any better.  At least they had the sense to remove the lid first.

What is the best way to get it onto the skid board?
