[pianotech] doesn't seem to matter what's in the subject line

Thought I'd check in on the "raising rates during recession" 
thread to see if techs are or are not raising fees, but it turns 
out they're talking about tuning procedure despite a request of 
a month ago or so that people either stick to the subject or 
change the subject line when appropriate.
