[pianotech] Keydip on Steinway pianos

Steinway spec (as of Jan 2009 or a bit before) was .400" for all Grands,
with an acceptable range of .390" - .420", and I find it a good starting
point, but I agree with Terry.  Key Dip is what you need/want it to be,
within reason.
