[pianotech] Steinway bashing

It's not just technicians...

When I first decided to start in this business, I told a casual acquaintance
who I know to be a very good player and innocently asked if he has a
Steinway. He gave me a rather disdainful look and commenced to bash
Steinway... things like "plays like a Mack truck" and "overrated"
