[pianotech] Probelm with Business License. Please help!

Adding little to what's been said, consider two hypotheticals:
1) Would the requisite shop set-up be illegal if 
you were using it soley for your own personal use?
2) Would it constitute a violation if you were to 
bring work into that shop, but not charge for it?

How close are your neighbors?

It may not help, but it seems to highlight the illogical.
