Can the section of the toe block can be removed from the case? Place the piano on a tilter and glue the leg onto the case section of the block to aide with alignment. Then either of the following: -Route out a section to insert a spline. -Reinforce with threaded rod from the rear if it can be removed from the case. -Before gluing, drill for pins; larger holes to allow epoxy to fill the gap while aligning. -Another reinforcement would be to install a metal plate on the bottom of the reassembled leg, recessed if need be. If the budget doe not allow for an invisible repair, I hope there are enough books to stack or tell them to get some angle and strap brackets. -- Regards, Jon Page
