Hy, and others. Sorry to hear about the high business license charge in your area. Here, it's only about $38 a year. I don't even think all the local techs have one. In fact some don't even collect sales taxes, even when they sell a lot of Dampp Chaser systems! It's best to be legal, but also be careful that you get classified properly. Go to an office manager rather than the phone receptionist.
