As mentioned, tab alignment is the start. From there it's pedal travel
producing sufficient blade rotation to hold the tab at the same height
as key lift with about 1/16" 'grab'.

Have the pedal rods or rest felt been changed? What's the amount
of upstop felt?  Check that the pedal angles are level or a slight bit
above when at rest.
