Hi, three items you may want to consider. Remove all case parts that might restrict the action removal especially key sticks and MARK WHERE THEY GO <g> I like numbers on the keys. Before removing the action glue all spacer paper or wood in place so you will not have to remember where they went, or have to fuss with them when returning the action to its spot. There may be a brace hooked to the keybed that might hook on parts when returning the action to its spot. If I do not have a second person ( including the house wife or older child) there to help guide the action foot, I will remove the brace so that it is not in the way. Most tie the stickers of this type so they stand up. My way is to just take the action out allowing the stickers to drop into the balance rail pins, then I rotate the action towards me until the stickers come free while using the baby asleep rule. Going back in is just as easy but one needs to get the action as close to the pin area as possible with the stickers laying on top Never dangling down! Then when the action is as close to the cavity as things allow, I rotate the action towards me allowing the stickers to drop down. They will jump back up if you gently press the action against the back of the keybed so that they are now out of the way for you to lower the action.
