[pianotech] rusty strings

HI Dave,
Yes it's summary.  It was a matter of a typo, multi tasking etc.  I have some protek as it is spelled I believe here, and will give that a try right where the string and upper bridge meet correct, that small point?  Does this leave a film that will attract dust?  Is there a method to loosen rust around the becket/coil area?  
 
Also, Ron, if you want to post that tuning method again that would be great. It became a little lost in the thread.  Thanks
