I agree with John Ross. When I explain work necessary to the customer I 
get a look like, I don't believe you. Here with Chuck Behm's written 
explanations with the photos, it's black on white. The customer has time
 to look it over and can make an informed decision.

I think Chuck Behm is onto a good thing with the promos.They are well thought out, and with the pictures get the point across to the customer.i can see them paying for themselves with the xtra business they can generate.Some people cannot exress themselves adequately, and may have been losing business.He has different plans available so that a person can spend less if he can't afford the deluxe customized version.John RossWindsor, Nova Scotia.
