[pianotech] What is the Steinway term for 'whippen'

I'm looking at their parts price list, and don't see whippens listed.
The closest thing I can imagine is called 'repetitions'
I'd call, but the girl who usually handles the phoneline for parts is 
out of the
office until next Monday.
