I guess I could print out a copy of the Local Techs and keep it BUT, my wife/Office Manager/Appointment counselor keeps the directory open to the local techs when a call comes in for "urgent" tunings, or someone thinks our rates are too high to give referrals. It is now being discussed by the powers than need to discuss it, but there is a lot involved. e.g. it doesn't JUST go to member technicians, and some member technicians (and other recipients, presumably) do not have access to an online version. Hopefully PTG will be able to minimize the number of paper copies, and hopefully they'll be able to do it a long time before we get the *(#^% phone book companies to quit printing millions of copies of useless paper and putting them on our porch in the rain.
