No, the salesman I talked to is just knowledgeable enough to be slightly
dangerous, seriously, he looked under the piano himself & saw the piece of
wood, the dollies were clear of the casters.

I have installed several sets of these dollies over the years, a few on
Baldwins & don't recall running into the problem but then there's always
something one hasn't seen before.
