I think the level of your work speaks much more clearly than any toy. I've
used TuneLab since about 1998, but no one has ever complimented me on my
software, though they have expressed interest in how it works.  But if the
tuning doesn't sell the job, toys won't cut it.  I have played with an Ipad,
owned by a friend, and if I didn't already have an old WIN 98, 7"screen
machine as backup, I might consider one, as I'm using an old clunky huge
laptop.  It sure was convenient.  But it's beyond my budget just for
convenience.

Hi,

 

I am looking into getting an ipad 2 if I can really use it for my piano
business.

 

I tune aurally and use a Sanderson IV at times, so the use would be more for
customer lists, marketing, piano sales, technical references when working on
pianos on site, etc.

 

Does anyone now use an ipad, and if so, can you share your thoughts about
it?
