[pianotech] sustain issue?

I have had this same issue with Yamaha C3 twice, which also happened
after a move. There is a pin at each end of the pitman (part no. 9 in
the attached picture), so if it is not seated properly, all the
dampers are kept up. Check especially the damper tray side.
