Thank you everyone.  Feeling a lot more comfortable now.  I going with the PVC-E 
and CA - Susan Kline's technique.  Gotta luv this site...:)

Need some advice on what adhesive to use for re-attaching a couple of ivory 
heads. I have so PVC-E but not sure if I should contact a local tech and try to 
obtain a few wafers instead. Appoint is scheduled for Monday morning and 
wondering if I should re-schedule.

PVC-E  is good. However, I would suggest adding a small amount of Titanium  
Dioxide to Whiten it sufficiently, so that it doesn't have show-through.
