Allan, 
I'm not looking to point any fingers. Not what I had/have in mind. You are
the prez. And, yes, you do Share a bit of the blame/recognition. However,
Where did the idea come from, in the first place?? I suspect elsewhere.
AND, then you got the hard sell stuff. Mostly, I suspect, the idea of
hiring some outside entity to do the "heavy liftng", was the big push?
Also, taking the pressure of of Andy and his crew, (which I would endorse),
was a big factor, I suspect. Am I any where close to the real world?<G> All
good ideas, IMO, but this is NOT anywhere close to what we need, IMNSHO.<G>
(note the smiley thang. I am trying to keep it light, even tho I'm tempted
to mail someone some C4.<G>) Again, if it ain't busted, leave it alone. if
it has problems, fix the problems, don't throw the babygrand out with the
tuning pin dope.<G>
