Rob,

I'm not sure. I'm not a gun person. I just got a kit and tried them all. The 
cylindrical cloth cleaner works great for putting talc in the pin hole 
before pounding in a pin.

That's a great idea!

I have plenty of cleaning brushes. I assume you're speaking about the brass 
cleaning brushes.  What size do you use?  I'm thinking a Winchester .270 
would probably be about right.
