[pianotech] Pin removal speed

 There ain't gonna be no consensus.  We all do it differently. 
 I have, for decades, removed the pins as fast as a 1/2" Milwaukee drill will turn them out.  Never found any evidence of damage.  The pins are hot enough to hurt
if you pick them up, but I have never seen scorching or other ills. (and I don't like to lean over in that posture longer
than I have to).
