Frank,

Dittos.  Change is always uncomfortable, and I, like you, had to swallow
hard to get started.  But, I've also found that the worst thing about the
my.ptg.org is that it is new and will take some learning.

I also agree that while folks have (and will continue to suggest) that the
nature of the dissenting posts have not been in any way insulting, it's
patently untrue.

I applaud all those VOLUNTEER hours put in ON OUR BEHALF, to try and improve
a system FOR US.  Thank you to all those volunteers.

To the gripers, buckle down and learn something new - it's not bad, just
different.
