Hi Phil, Ditto! I'm not a PTG member either - yet!! I did the same thing as you (mea culpa). Apparently, it is understood that once you create your profile you are supposed to change your login username and password - but that information isn't made clear. I had to call PTG and explain the situation to the receptionist. She then transferred me to a nice lady who located me in the database (I'm not a PTG member, either) and gave me a temporary username and password. I used that information to get back in and change my login credentials. I also checked the box to automatically remember my login information. The only problem is that the PTG number is a toll number. Other than that, it's a simple fix to your problem. The number, by the way, is 913-432-9975. They're probably closed by now so you'll have to wait until Monday. When finished giving my info I was logged on and I signed on to two discussion lists. Problem is I was never told what my user name and password is. Now I can't get back. It may be pertinent that I am not a PTG member. Any suggestions? Thanks Phil Frankenberg CSUChico Chico Ca. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
