In Outlook Entourage (Part of MS Office 2004 for Mac), I have successfully set up multiple new rules, one for each "Community" (Pianotech, CAUT, Concert Regulation, etc.) that I belong to. They are working just like the ones I had set up for the old listserv format (which I am sending this to). So now that I've (1) subscribed via web interface; and (2) set up rules in my computer's email client to identify the new subject formats, nothing's really any different! I set up each rule to move the mail for a given Community to a discrete folder, permitting me to read threads and related posts more easily. Each rule has one criterion, e.g., "Subject -- contains -- Pianotech:" or "Subject -- contains -- CAUT:", etc. The defined Action is to move the email to the designated folder.
