I recently condemned a fairly new Kohler& Campbell grand at a school, here in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, due to two cracks in the sound board, loose tuning pins, etc. This is their second one from the dealer. The first one had similar issues and was replaced by the dealer. Apparently, according to the dealer, there were 150 of these pianos that were not seasoned properly and got through quality control. The music people at the school are keeping their fingers crossed that they will be luckier with the third one. Anyone had a similar experience, or would like to comment?
