Sticking to the point, here, dues must go up.  Annually.  Or at regular intervals that mirror or exceed the increased costs of doing business (as the PTG, as a technician, etc.) and the increased costs of living.  If we don't raise our rates regularly, we fall behind.  Dues increases and service fee increases are the norm, not the exception.  We all need to get comfortable raising rates as needed to keep up with those ever increasing costs.
