[pianotech] Baldwin grand repetition spings

The gunk in there can really mess up your consistancy of everything before 
and after let-off.  Good point, Laura.  It'll also change the dw/uw 
stuffs...All clean = all good to start with.

If the springs have slots, don't forget to clean them and polish the 
springs!
