[pianotech] theory question

The '6' indicates a first inversion of the chord, e. a CEG major chord would
be ECG as spelled from the bottom.  A '64' indicates a second inversion,
i.e. a CEG chord would be spelled GCE as spelled from the bottom.

What does a 64 under the bass cleff meam?

 

I used to know, but that was 45 years ago in college
