[pianotech] action brackets

I've done a lot of these and Wim is right.  It depends on what the techs before you who didn't know what the problem was did.  Best case scenario for me was 1.5 hours.  Some times the brackets fit perfectly, sometimes you have to do some drilling.  It's a great way to become a hero because "no one else knew what was wrong" and "It plays so well now!"
