[pianotech] Damper Lift Screw?

Lim,
I'd call them: #@$%^&*(()))_)(*&%$$#!!!! Or,....one of those stupid ideas,
that, fortunately, didn't stick around. That puts a piece of felt between
two pieces of metal. A guaranteed way to wear out the felt prematurely,
imo. My fix is to yank them and fill the holes with wood....then, adjust
the dampers the way of all other systems . grrrr! hate them thingees,
(which is my name for them.<G>)
