As I see it, if a company makes a bad product, (auto, phone, food, restaurant, etc.) people don't buy it and it's taken off the market. So to me, that is the answer! We keep talking about how bad it is and why doesn't the PTG fix it or get rid of it. To me, we are taking the wrong approach. As I see it, it's up to us to do something about it. Just stop using the HL product and as it is with any other bad product, it will go away. Complaining will not work if we continue to use it. Just stop using it.
