[pianotech] More HL problems, sigh.....

As I see it, if a company makes a bad product, (auto, phone, food, restaurant, etc.) people don't buy it and it's taken off the market. So to me, that is the answer!

We keep talking about how bad it is and why doesn't the PTG fix it or get rid of it. To me, we are taking the wrong approach. As I see it, it's up to us to do something about it. Just stop using the HL product and as it is with any other bad product, it will go away.

Complaining will not work if we continue to use it. Just stop using it.

Without getting too deep into PTG organizational business here (although, for those members who rely exclusively on this list format, there are no options), I have not seen any agenda item that would support that suspicion. If you are aware of any, please let me know.

The other thing, that I would gently observe, is that you're posting this complaint here, rather than the User Help Group. The people here don't really have that much to do with HL, and Alec n' Company don't muck-about here, other than our esteemed Moy.

Still, 'been there'. My sympathies.

I wanted to look at the grand transporter photo at a site on the web, so I minimized my in progress reply so as to bring up the web page to do my look see. Lo and behold, when I tried to maximize my reply again, I could not find it. Gone, disappeared. Just like a year ago when I lost a lengthy reply in the same fashion.

No doubt this problem still exists for all the organizations that they serve, and God knows for how long. Did it again when I copied and pasted my reply into this note to Pianotech.
