That is not "cord". That is Nylon or Delron rod material. That can be
obtained from Hobby Shops etc. However, it has a reputation of being noisy,
sometimes. I would replace it with Schaff "Damper Flange Cord, .100",
#512-1/2 or "Butt Flange Cord, .080", #3737, which ever one fits the
tightest in the hole. If that is a Teflon Grand, Replace ALL parts is the
better way to go, imo. Use Steinway parts, please, you'll have less
problem, imo. <G>
