[pianotech] Scrubbing bubbles

Dale,

Spray it all over the tuning pin area. Immediately start jamming your
paint brush down between the tuning pins to help loosen the gunk.
Immediately start vacuuming up the residue. If you can tilt the piano on
its side, Doug Gregg says that works best since gravity is drawing the
liquid down. 

Instead of using a vacuum immediately, you can also use compressed air
to force the now liquid bubbles all to an edge or corner for vacuuming.

The vacuum/compressed air helps what little moisture gets around the
tuning pins evaporate faster.

I've only done it once and it turned out alright.
