Maybe I'm missing something but I don't see much of a problem aside from the top portion of the outer rim has warped away from the stretcher. The pin block should still be secured to the inner rim. It probably can be glued, clamped and secured with Timber Lok Screws. Mahogany plugs can cover the screwheads. -- Regards, Jon Page
