It appears to me that the Heintzman has a motised pinblock, as into the
sides of the piano. The apparent failure of the system is more serious,
imo, than you would think. Without being at the piano, I simply have to go
on my gut and experience in a similar situation. Of course, more
information would be nice.<G>
