Jeannie,
Arcata is about 80 miles south of the Oregon border on Hwy 101. I would
probably send something out of state if I became desperate and I could
convince the customer that it was necessary in order to get satisfaction,
but with the number of competent people in CA it seems a little extreme at
this point. I appreciate knowing about Ken Counter though-- his info will
be filed.
Thanks for your input,
Greg
