S&S 1098 Hammer doping

My experience with keytop doping has been that at first the sound is improved
but after a few years the sound becomes very harsh and unpleasant when it is
applied to the strikepoint.  I would look for another alternative, but it is
hard to give a piano power that it doesn't have.
