Doug- Congratulations and good luck. You have already gotten a number of good suggestions and observations. I have a few questions. Given the increase in computer viruses, can you tell me what the attachment you sent is? Where is Cedarville? How large a department is it? Was there a previous technician or is this a new position? You will probably generate a good deal more specific, and possibly useful advice if you describe your situation in somewhat greater detail. The importance of efficient record keeping should not be underestimated. There was considerable discussion (and demonstration) of the different approaches CAUTs were using, though I don't think I ever saw the information effectively summarized. I'm not sure I agree with Newton's idea about posting tuning information (although I agree with everything else he's ever said or written). Welcome.
