Avery,

The smaller the difference between up and down weights the lower the
friction.  The average of the two, 50 and 30, is 40 grams, a very
desirable balance weight.

The weight of the parts is less important than the weights from pivot to
contact points.

How much lead is in the keys, in grams from pivot to 1 cm from the front
of the key?
