It wouldn't surprise me to find some torque differences between pins 
inserted in a block immediately after drilling, and pins inserted in the 
same block a week after drilling - right after the last pins were inserted. 
It would surprise me to find these torque differences still evident a month 
later. But then I haven't tried it yet to see for myself.
