Avery-
    Go to the auto supply store and buy 3 bottle (hydralic) jacks. Two ton
jacks are $10-12 each.  Use scrap lumber to make three support pedestals
about 14" each.  You can lift the piano as long as needed to remove the
casters and position the truck arms, then gently lower it.  There will be no
problems with the truck flipping up, no need to shim under the ends of the
truck arms.  You can do the whole job solo.  Once you have these, you will
find more uses for them, such as supporting the keybed while restringing.
    Do not assume that every caster screw will come out neat and easy.  In
such a case, jacks are more patient than football players, and cheaper by
the hour than movers.
