Perhaps this is the reason they're not getting a whole lot of response:

Pay Range: $17.31/hr Minimum to $21.64/hr Progression Maximum
Clerical/Technical, Grade 12. The position is being advertised at =

salary.

$17.31/hr X 40 hrs/week X 52 weeks/yr =3D $36,004.80/yr

$21.64/hr X 40 hrs/week X 52 weeks/yr =3D $45,011.20yr

Piano Tuner: Michigan State University School of Music. Position =

proven quality aural concert tuning and piano rebuilding experience.
Desired qualifications include: at least two years of college, technical =

experience tuning, maintaining, repairing and rebuilding concert grand
pianos and related stringed keyboard instruments or an equivalent

Responsibilities include coordination of the piano technician area; =
tuning
and maintaining approximately 200 pianos including the grand pianos =
reserved
for applied piano majors and the studio pianos of the applied =
performance
faculty; on a regular basis, replace action parts, file hammers, =

actions, and voice; concert tuning and maintenance for the Wharton =
Center
for Performing Arts; concert tuning for pianos used for faculty =
recitals.
