Does anyone know what "Precatalyzed" Nitrocellulose Lacquer refers to? I've been using a lacquer from M.L. Campbell I got at a local high end finishing store. It doesn't say water white or clear.......but is. I've also been looking for some better applicator bottles, without much luck. thanks- dennis johnson St. Olaf College
