Sorry Jim if I took your comment out of context..  

Richard.  My thinking hasn't changed.  I published the FW ceiling as a
frame of reference only.  My recommendations for matching hammer weight and
ratio are rules of thumb as well.  Each situation is unique and choices are
made based on a balance of all the relating factors.  The
5.5R/TopMedSW/38BW just happens to be a popular PTD request and I've come
to trust it as a design standard.
