Yes, this is the "Bluthner Patent Action."
In the photo it appears to be in very good condition.
If the instrument has historical integrity, why not let it be what it is?
It will not play with quite the speed of repetition of an Erard action, but could
be quite adequate for many uses.
And you might find a customer who would be delighted to have a historical
instrument.
