This spring, I've had assistants remove all tanks so our Dampp-Chaser
systems can cycle between de-humidify and neutral, saving the need to water.

Our RH is presently in the mid-thirties (heating still on), but will cross
the 40% line (hopefully) within the next few weeks.

This gave us a chance to clean/repair the tanks (new hanger brackets, etc.)
and test humidifier bars. All tanks are tagged with room/piano I.D., and the
test date.

One snag we ran into, is the low-water and pads lites blink non-stop.

To this end, we've installed jumper-wires to short the low-water probes, and
are just now blacking out the (red) pads lites with black nail polish.
(electrical tape didn't want to stick, and if we ever decide we need these
lights, we know how to get this stuff off)

We'll see how it all works, and can report on pitch stability in fall.
