---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment I just want to give a report on the D I had trouble with. A big thanks to David Love for the voicing help. I did what he suggested, (a couple of drops of laquer/tinner on the shoulders, and a dab of acetone/keytops on the top). The piano came alive. Obviously I had to do some voicing, but in general, the piano sounded great. I spent a total of about 4 hours on it. Just in time, too. On Monday Peter Frankl played the Emperor Concerto with the Tuscaloosa Symphony. He played the Brahms here last year, and was expecting the same sound as before. When he first played the new version of it, he didn't like it. But after warming up, and rehearsing with the symphony, he decided he did like it, although he requested some shift voicing in the killer octave. After the concert I had quite a few very positive comments from members of the faculty. I have not heard yet from the piano professor, but then I haven't seen him yet either. So, thanks again to David, and the rest of you, for all your help.
