I'm doing the work in the lady's house. Not my first choice, but she's not far from here, is very inquisitive, so best to be able to show her why she is spending a bundle of money. Of course I'm not replacing EVERYTHING, so the job will never be "all done". But I think I can bring it back to where it is a pleasure to play.
