[CAUT] hands & wrists TEST BLOW

Hi,

It might be a great test, such a blow. And better for your fingers 
andwrist.
But I wouldn't do that without hearing protection!
Research we did in The Netherlands is somewhat alarming on this kind of 
tuning.
I would recommend Soft Tuning Technique or Hearing protection.
