I agree with David.  
I recently used my 2004 directory to locate a technician for a customer who had moved.
Will this be changed back to the previous format next year?

You might find that this type of search is best handled online, if  
for no other reason than the information is regularly updated.

For example, you can punch in a zip code and search for all techs  
within a certain distance, like 10 miles,  5 miles, etc.
